Set within a lush tropical oasis, surrounding by swaying palm trees, hugging the banks of a holy river and a short walk to a gorgeous beach, that's where you will find our retreat.
Although not far from the bustling tourist hotspots of Canggu, Kuta, and Ubud, Balian Beach is a tropical oasis that feels worlds away.

"This holiday has done so much for me. I am just so grateful that I chose this retreat. Michelle is a very personable and inspiring teacher. On the day of arrival, each participant received a small personal diary. Writing down my feelings and thoughts brought me a little bit closer to myself. Michelle's great program, which combined yoga, meditation and Ayurveda approaches but also offered enough time for free time, was perfect. It was all very well planned and yet informal. The morning Hatha Yoga session on the sun deck provided a wonderful setting to start the day. Fresh air, the view, the warmth of the rising sun... simply indescribably beautiful. The relaxed atmosphere, which lasted the whole week, brought a lot of serenity to the group. There were also many stimulating conversations with the participants and Michelle, which also opened up new paths of thought for me.
